gegaan
het is koud,
zeggen
de moeders
zien ze de zon dan niet?
de beheerder,
hij sloot
de hekken
de schaduwen,
ze spelen
een stil spel

home
It is cold,

the warden,
he closed
the gates
the shadows,
they play

Henri Cartier Bresson made some beautiful photographs in L'Aquila. I saw them years ago and promised myself to go and see this town one day. This is one of these photographs - I couldn't find it on the net, so I took a photo of it. Just to give you an idea.

Back home, sorting out the photographs I made in L'Aquila, Castel del Monte, Celano and Rome and fighting off a very nasty cold I took with me from Italy.
